Just a warning to anyone who's expecting a Christmas delivery from Cook (the frozen food place): if you've used the Edit Order option on the Cook website to edit your order after first placing it, you might want to check with the store your order will come from that they've actually had the edited version. I've just had my original order from October delivered, not my final edited version from early December, despite me having had email confirmation for every single edit. I had even rung Cook up to get confirmation that the edits were OK, after I discovered by chance (via a chat on their website I started to check the last date for editing) that actually you're supposed to do this for all edits after the first one. None of the emails say you need to ring up to confirm edits, and me ringing up doesn't seem to have made any difference anyway. I really like their food in general, but I'm seriously unimpressed with this. If you're waiting for an edited order, check that that's actually what they're going to send you!
