m&s hampers - delays

Just a heads up if anyone has ordered hampers from M&S. I had ordered three to be delivered to separate households today and none have been recieved.
Just checked my emails and they have sent a message saying they are experiencing delays. They are offering a £5 gift voucher and refunding delivery costs as a goodwill gesture.

Oh I hope not. We ordered 2 back in October, both for delivery on 18th December. I hope they arrive!

Damn! I am in the market for a hamper. Any suggestions for a reliable supplier or am I too late

They haven't cancelled them, just said there will be a delay but haven't advised a new delivery date.
After the hamper debacle last year I thought I was safe with m&s!

Oh no, I have two for the 18th 🙈 ordered back in Oct! Eck!

Thanks for posting - I’ve also got 2 ordered for delivery on 19th - they’re for my staff so I’ll be gutted if they don’t arrive

Hopefully they may have caught up by the time your orders are due. Still no sign of mine today.

I ordered a few to be delivered to my team next week: they’ve just cancelled all of them.

I’m so annoyed: I can’t find any decent alternatives and infuriatingly their online customer service seems to be having issues and gives an error message every time I try and complain.

My chocolate one was delivered today ( was due on the 11th). I also have two tea time hampers due on the 18th - feeling nervous as I don't have a back up plan!!

I sent some Morrisons Christmas food boxes and they arrived on time

My mother just has all her hampers cancelled today. She ordered weeks ago, customer service was really rude and laughed at her. They offered her an alternative at £20 more and told her take it or leave it. I'm really nervous now for mine.

Mines due on 21st. No emails and hadnt been cancelled. We'll really be left in the lurch for MIL if they cancel so am worried now

So one of ours was meant to be delivered by 7pm today. We’ve had an email from M and S saying it’s been dispatched, but the DPD tracking information says DPD are still waiting for the package from M&S? We have also ordered one for delivery tomorrow. Quite concerned now as it’s far too late to order from elsewhere
