Slow cooking a turkey crown

Has anyone done this? Did it turn out okay?

I've slow cooked chicken and lamb plenty of times and it's always turned out lovely and moist. It frees up my oven for other things & I put the meat in at the end to crisp up.

Take the turkey out at the end, slather it with butter and shove it in the oven until golden brown..
