Hi I bought Timberlands for my husband. They were reduced to £80.

They have arrived and don't look or feel that good. Also they look like they have been worn.

Are they supposed to be like this? I know they are cheap but I thought it was because if Black Friday? Thanks

There’s nothing on the site to suggest you’re buying used shoes. I’d complain and see what they say.
