Short books for 5 year old girl

Evening everyone

I'm after some books for my 5 year old dd for Christmas. I read her a book or two before bed so am looking for suggestions. Ideally they would be relatively quick as time is tight in the evenings - think Julia Donaldson length.
Any suggestions on favourites from your house? Thanks!

Would she enjoy a chapter of a longer book rather than a picture book? My dc loved Clever Polly and the Stupid Wolf and My Naughty Little Sister around that age. The chapters are short.

Pirate Stew - Neil Gaiman. Franklin and Luna books by Jen Campbell.

The owl who was afraid of the dark, Dr Seuss are longer but my 5 year old loved them. Also depending on their reading stage the read it yourself books are good. We’ve had some really enjoyable ones of those

Dd 5 is enjoying Winnie & Wilbur at the moment, it’s a collection of different short stories. Claude is popular with her and ds6.

It's a long book with chapters but my dd5 loved the enchanted wood and magic faraway tree stories.
