Gift voucher for a meal delivery?

We’ve done restaurant vouchers for my parents previously which have always gone down well. And recently did one for a luxury takeaway near them.

For Christmas I’d love to give a voucher for one of the restaurants doing the meal in a box. Maybe something like Hawskmoor or Elite Bistro. Does anyone have any recommendations of ones that do gift vouchers so they could have it delivered when it suits them?

I think that is a lovely present, but I am extremely wary of vouchers this year as sadly a lot of restaurants will not make it. Looking at some that have already closed down where I live you would never have predicted.
Could you make a voucher yourself, make it clear it was for a meal, maybe include a list of restaurants providing that service and give them the cash? End result is the same and actually perhaps better as they get to choose?

Cote are doing 'Cote at Home' which has been reccomended to me coteathome.co.uk/

They allow you to buy a Cote Resturant Voucher which can be redeemed for 'Cote at Home' (explained in FAQs) - they could choose to go in person when lockdown ends if they preffered.

They are a chain so should cover most areas.

The Adam Reid one or Home by Nico look great.

Home by Nico was definitely doing vouchers for Black Friday.
