Games to play with family online

We will be having Christmas separate from family this year but will be online using FaceTime or similar. I’m looking for ideas for games we could play. We like boards games but don’t know how that would work. It’s all adults so no children’s games

There is an online version of cards against humanity called Allbadcards if you like that sort of thing!

Only thing I could think of was Christmas trivia. Hope you have a lovely Christmas.

Throughout lockdown our family played this. Brilliant game and lots of laughs. We FaceTimed at the same time.

You can also remotely play Ludo, Battleships and Risk on your phone/tablet to name a few

Lots of app or web browser based versions of board games. Try Catan or Chameleon.

We played articulate with my in laws over video call during lockdown. We've both got the game though so had a set of questions each. It worked really well!

We played Among Us recently. Granny turned out to have a more devious and murderous streak than we anticipated.

Among us is really funny.

If you sign up for board games arena there's loads of online games to play (one person has to sign up for premium to start a game).
