I watched them years ago, they were afternoon films,
First one was a teenage waitress who worked at a coffee shop, she threw the coffee at the wall and everyone thought they saw a religious vision in it, the actress was similar to Ellen page. I think it was filmed in Canada or set there .

Second, a woman who found herself living in a small airstream trailer in the desert. She was pregnant and ended up having the baby in the nativity scene in nearest town . The trailers were all filled with people who were outsiders, it was really heartfelt
I’ve googled and cannot find them at all

Is the air trailer one 'where the heart is' with Natalie Portman?

crochetmonkey74 · 26/11/2020 16:53

Just looked it up and no, not that one

Sounds like a channel 5/lifetime made for TV kind of thing.

crochetmonkey74 · 26/11/2020 21:10

I think I found them ! I suddenly remembered that the trailer one had cybil Sheppard in and then found it. It's called 'Expecting Mary' and is on Amazon prime.

The other one is more elusive , I have found it has two titles, either 'Hoax for the Holidays' or 'Faith Fraud and Minimum wage' which is not available anywhere even on DVD - I will keep looking for it as I really enjoyed it
