Boxing Day is usually a relaxed day for us and we have leftovers from Christmas dinner in a pie with mashed potatoes.
However this year we're having my family over so there'll be 12 of us, I don't think leftover pie will stretch that far.
My DSis and her DH don't eat cold meat or fish so cold meat buffet is out, so I'm looking for inspiration!
