Homemade Hamper - supporting small business / shop local

I am making a hamper for a family member and her husband aged 60 and would like any recommendations of items to put in. I would prefer to support small business if they can post, or located near to me in Manchester/Leeds. I have ideas for Gin and tonics but looking for other treats to include, preferably edible but will consider others.

Loti92 thank you for the recommendation, this place looks lovely. I think Chutneys or jams might be a good idea, or maybe other things to accompany cheese. I am very open to other ideas!

If you're on FB look up "Cheese is Grate". They're usually on Bury Market but what with Covid, they're delivering/posting their cheeses this year. They're really reasonably priced and very tasty - we got some as gifts for Fathers Day and they were very well received!
