Yule / Winter Solstice gifts for a pagan

I have a Pagan friend and I'd like to send her a Yule / Winter Solstice gift. She's in the US so ideally something I can order online and have shipped to her directly, rather than buy it and send it myself (considering I've left it a bit late).

She's lovely and wouldn't mind getting a traditional Christian-Christmas thing at all, but I'd like to send her something that's suitable for her particular beliefs... except I have very little clue about Paganism.

Some of our shared in-jokes / interests include sharks, coral, animals in general, the environment, biology. She works in law and is a nerd like me.
