Best two-player Switch games for teens/adults

Hi all,
Looking for recommendations for good two-player switch games. We’ve already got Super Mario Bros Deluxe, Rayman Legends (which was really fun and a bargain too) and Ringfit Adventure. I’ve just bought LEGO City Undercover but looking for recommendations for one other game that’s fun and entertaining for teens/adults.

We have a game called 1-2-Switch which is great for multi player and all ages from kids to adults. Different tasks in a random order for different players against each other. Not skill based a lot of chance. One is a milking cow motion, drawing guns to shoot, twisting the hand held control to unwind a treasure chest from a chain. We have found it good fun for a group.

Cuphead is a bit niche but very good. I think it may be digital download only though.
