‘Organising’ present ideas for DS16 with anxiety

My DS is 16 and has quite bad anxiety, he is attending CAMHS and is on medication.

He has recently started college and has found that organising himself has helped with the anxiety, eg making lists of what needs to be done, sorting out all his work into folders, etc.

Does anyone have any bright ideas about stocking filler (£10-£15) priced things that would help? I have ordered a weekly planner white board for him to put up on his wall, he has stickers and folders to keep everything organised. He has 2 desks in his room, one for his gaming computer and one for his college work as he found doing his work at his computer desk distracting.

He really is a nightmare to buy for, not really interested in anything but gaming and college! So far I have bought him some touch screen gloves, some American drinks & sweets, a science facts book, some Skeletor pyjamas, some cosy socks and a watch strap for his Apple Watch.

Please help wise mumsnetters!

This would help conquer the anxiety.

As well as white board with colour coded magnets our DC has Colour coded stationery for college courses - each subject has matching a4 binder, post it notes, highlighter pen, memory stick etc.

I'm trying to make DC a bit more independent so have also introduced cooking presents like spicery kits a and Bakedin subscription in the past couple of years which have been mostly very successful.

I like lists. I always like nice notebooks and have various ones for different things, Xmas, birthdays, holidays etc. Pens, highlighters, folders etc.

I enjoy a nice bath and chill time, waterproof bath/shower speaker?

Travel mug, I like to take my own drink with me when I’m having a rubbish day.

I’m obsessed with times and time keeping (Long story on how that manifested) so have lots of alarms set during the day which gets annoying so make sure I have an allocated time for relaxing...bath, colouring etc you can get some pretty good colouring books for adults.

Good pens are a must.
