Hi all,

Can you send Christmas gifts into care homes this year? I know this year has been tough for the elderly and not being able to see their family.

Im on maternity and wanted to arrange a shoebox appeal for my husbands work to get involved in providing some lovely little gifts for the elderly in care homes.

You think this would be allowed?

You can to my mother's old one. Probably best to ask, but I'm sure it will be ok.

Lovely idea. If you can make sure that the gifts/packaging can be easily wiped down and quarantined (eg not something that will go off if keep quarantined for 48 hours or so) it would probably be ok, but I’d call the care homes first to check.
