please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

@thelegohooverer

FESTIVE20 gives £20 off a spend of £20 or more at Celtic & Co I may be misremembering but I think they were the ones with the sheepskin boot liners that we all ordered one year.

Would anyone like to make a prediction about when my elusive Lookfantastic advent calendar will arrive? It’s edge of the seat stuff with email updates every day or two. So far they’ve predicted:
02-03 December Hmm
19-21 November
23-25 November
And the latest one is saying or around 26 November.
Forget tracking Santa with NORAD- this is far more exciting!

Thanks - I think that link gives you £20 too!
Used it to get 2 pairs of sheepskin inserts for my and DH's wellies fort £4 plus postage. Perfect.

Evening you lovely lot - does anyone know where I can buy some bargainous jumpers/hoodies or tops for my nephew - he's nearly 16? No idea what that age group are into

@nowordforfluffy you are a diamond! Thank you so much. I know I know. Am prepping to LTB as we speak. Are Lakeland vouchers not sacred? He also binned my Matalan stash and the Landsend catalogue with my personalised code (but their stuff make me look a total frump so perhaps for the best Grin)

I agree re Landsend; their clothes don't suit me either!

Your DH definitely needs to learn some lessons. 😁

@MummaPl - Found this article which might give you some craft box ideas. The Sew Darn Sweet box looks like a good value. I wonder if anyone has tried it? Oh dear, I have now found myself thinking I desperately need a craft box for myself! I already have a Craftsy subscription which I like but its a site with lots of videos, patterns etc. rather than any actual 'stuff', so maybe not so ideal for gifting.

Does anyone know where I can get rollerblades please? Adult shoe size (but for dd). Hoping to get decent quality for around £30-50 but not sure if that’s possible. I’m probably better off waiting till Black Friday aren’t I, but where’s the best place to look? Thanks!

DS has just asked for a PlayStation- I guess I should be pleased that a PS4 will be fine according to him! Does anyone have a discount code for curry’s or Argos who seem to have them in stock? Curry’s has a cash back if you sign up with virgin WiFi but we’re already with them so not eligible!

Thank you for the Hotel Chocolat codes - I’ve had Festive Bestesellers in my basket for ages and can now get it delivered for £43 using those codes.

In case anyone remembers from a few threads back I asked for advice for getting a PS5 - I managed to order one from John Lewis this morning & it’s meant to be delivered by DPD tomorrow. I won’t completely believe I’ve managed to get one until I actually have the delivery tomorrow though...

All the talk of chocolate made me think - I have a friend who loves chocolate biscuits. The M&S luxury Belgian chocolate tins are delicious, but I’d like to get some from a small company if possible. Is there anywhere like that, that does reasonably large biscuit selection boxes with thick chocolate?

Does anyone want a case of completely free beer from BEER 52 ? No p&p.
I have a golden ticket that was included in my last case. It’s not a referral as far as I know (so no rewards for me ☹️) but I’m presuming you would have to subscribe.
I think it’s just the usual freebie case to entice membership but without any p&p!!!!
