Advent calendar for DH

I got him a sock calendar from FatFace last year but they don't seem to do them this year. Thinking of making up a good one this year with great foods in it. Was going to get Biltong, Bacon Jam, those nice Peter Yard crackers, tabasco. What other foods that will keep can I put it?
