Ethical gift to send directly to colleague in Germany

Any ideas for a small gift that I can order for direct delivery to Germany?

It would be for a male colleague in his 40s, with a family. A very conscientious person who cares a lot about green energy and other environmental issues. I know he would rather not receive something from Amazon.

I was thinking of some fair trade chocolate for want of any better ideas, but struggling to find an independent company that delivers to Germany. Any recommendations?

I’m open to other gift suggestions as well.

I really don’t want to go to the post office to send something myself if I can help it - it means a special trip to town, it’s always so busy, and of course I am avoiding any non-essential outings at the moment anyway.

Anything on Etsy? Someone Germany based.

I just got these candles as a present for a friend. Beeswax, so not polluting the air with mineral wax, and made in the UK.
They were beautifully gift wrapped.

I also got myself Blush some pinecone shaped candles from the same lady in the same order. They smell glorious when lit. Can recommend. I also saw some nice waxed wraps for eco-friendly packed lunches from another seller on the same site, but perhaps not posh enough for a gift?

Meant to say, the website says their sellers ship abroad, but you might want to check - I think they each send their own stuff, it's not from a central place like Amazon.

Thank you both - I’ll take a look.

Those waxed wraps would be perfect for someone else I know, actually Smile
