Relatives are asking for family members Amazon wish lists so they can be sure they are getting something that is wanted by the recipient.
I think this is a great idea for avoiding waste, but it restricts gifts to things sold by Amazon, and of course it is lining Amazon’s pockets (I’ll use them for convenience myself, but not exclusively).
Has anyone come across any other options? Obviously we could just distribute an email of links, but it’s then difficult to coordinate what has already been bought.
