Work secret santa ideas?

Hi all,

Joined a lovely new team in Sept and we are doing a secret santa, £20 each.

I have drawn someone who is a fair bit younger than me and looking for a few ideas, and to see if my idea is shit!

22 yo female, trendy, earning a reasonable amount and lives with parents. Lovely person and we get on great but I really don't know her that well yet.

Was thinking pyjamas and chocolate? Or alcohol? Don't want to get her anything work related. More treat type things?

Any ideas welcomed.

Big thanks.

Stud earrings from Etsy?
Manicure voucher if she’d like that?
Luxury candle?

PJs are a good idea if you know if she’s a cold or warm person?

Ooh good point re hot/cold pyjamas.

Mani not ideal as we must have natural nails. Not even clear varnish.

She doesn't wear a lot of makeup (think she may have those lashes on? Natural looking though) and has a decent car, expensive shoes etc so thinking maybe likes nice quality stuff.

She's closer in age to my 16yo dd than me Shock. I feel prehistoric!!

What's her clothing style like? Does she wear jewellery?

How about these I found this at John Lewis & Partners. What do you think? https://www.johnlewis.com/estella-bartlett-star-drop-hoop-earrings-silver/p3313951?tmad=c&tmcampid=7&sshare=jlappioss_Y29tLmFwcGxlLlVJS2l0LmFjdGl2aXR5LkNvcHlUb1Bhc3RlYm9hcmQ=

Space masks are a great idea and they're £15 so a fiver left over to buy a little something extra.

Cleanerdilemma · 14/11/2020 10:50

@ScarlettDarling those space masks look interesting, have you tried them?

ScarlettDarling · 14/11/2020 19:19

@cleanerdilemma I haven't tried them myself but I've read rave reviews and have bought them for a couple of people as presents for Christmas this year.

Oh thank you so much for the ideas.

Much appreciated.

If she drinks gin you could get the box of Pickering 6 gin baubles to hang from her tree. They are £15.99 in Lidl plus a wee extra! The box is lovely!
I bought a box and have split them between gifts. Our secret Santa is £5 so got a bauble, a Tisserand de-stress oil roller thing to roll on her wrist (bought a pack of 3 from Amazon reduced to £6) and a a couple of the 50p chocolates - Dairy Milk snowman and Malteasers reindeer! Wrapped up like a mini hamper.

Personally unless you know she drinks I would steer clear of alcohol. I would cheat and get a shopping voucher. But that's me.

Itshissister · 15/11/2020 07:32

Not pjs.

Has she any hobbies? Like any particular tv programmes etc?
