I saw a lady on Wright Stuff yesterday morning, who says that there is extra pocket money to be made in everyone. No matter how much time you've got, you can raise extra cash if you really want to.

So, I can make and decorate cakes for all occasions, make greetings cards and always have enough cr*p hanging around for a bootfare.

I don't have mindees on Wednesday or Thursdays anymore, so instead of wasting my days on here, I'm going to get busy. My mantra will be 'I am perfectly capable of selling my wares and I will stop insisting that I have no spare time and stop being a lazy moo!'

My aim is to raise as much cash as possible by Christmas. Who wants to join me?

where do you live? and can you make wedding cake?

MaureenMLove · 17/10/2007 10:42

A looooong way from you, I'm afraid. And actually I've never done a wedding cake, I think they have to be really perfect and although my cakes are good, I would be so nervous of screwing up the most important cake of all!

oh, i just wondered, if you were closer it would of made you some xmas money!

blazingsandals · 17/10/2007 11:17

Ooh yes I'm reading 'I can make you rich' by Paul McKenna and am already starting to make money.

I'm considering getting DH to get a saturday job in Game He'd love it, and we would have extra money - they are advertising for xmas staff now

Yes, I'll be joining you. I'm already working overtime as much as possible and I should be working from home now but system is down (yay!) so I will have to MN instead in between bits of housewifery!

When are you doing a bootfair? I'll come too.

As soon as I (or you) get the Newshopper I will choose one for this Sunday. I've made a start on the cards. Done the outline of 11 and planning another dozen by school time. You could make cakes too, or chocolate brownies! You're good at them!
