Fancy dress hamper for 2 year olds ideas please!

Hello there :)

So I’m doing hampers for my godchildren. I have got some awsome super hero personalised capes and masks from Etsy which were only 12.99. I was wondering what other little bits could I add? For girls and boys? Would like quite cheap ideas to add if possible.

Hats, glasses.
2 year olds need stuff that is simple to put on.

Aw, you're a nice Godparent! Our most played dressing up things have been big bits of shiny fabric but hats and glasses are good, or wings, deelybopper type things; bags are good for dressing up and pretend play.

Hats! Any type of hat are most loved in our dress up set. I raided the charity shops for different ones.

I was going to say wedding veil ( net curtain) also makes a nice train. Or mosquito net. I bought a curtain with a tiara for my friends daughter and it became one of the most frequently used items. Possibly 2 might be a bit young as a choking hazard but for an older child ( or shorter length) it’s great.

When ds was that age my sister bought him his own handbag (from a charity shop) and filled it with proper metal keys, a purse with money and old cards, packet of tissues, toy mobile phone etc. He loved it, and dd loved it too when she inherited it!

Jewellery. Lots of sturdy stuff available for toddlers!
False beard/moustache.
Dress up shoes.
A toy mobile.
Wigs.
