Punching bag for 8year old?

Any thoughts? Experiences?

I was round a friends last weekend (before current lockdown, covid-police) and she had an inflatable punchbag. This sort of thing:

We both have 9 year olds who were enjoying it (and I had a go too and it was super satisfying)

My 7 year old has this, would highly recommend it

We have a free-standing martial arts punch bag. All three children love it. Youngest was 9 when we got it.

I've just brought my 8 year old dd a punch bag and gloves set she loves doing pads with her dad this will save him the arm ache

They sell mini ones in smyths and sports direct. I got one that can hang from the ceiling/doorway.

We have free standing one, we bought it years ago. And yes, it's great fun and helps to let off some excess energy for my 12 years old who does martial arts.
