Does anyone have a nice recipe for hot chocolate? I have bought hot choc mixes previously but I have always found them to be grainy and artificial tasting. I don't have a slow cooker. Thanks!

Have you tried the chocolate flakes rather than a powder?

Kirstos1 · 04/11/2020 14:20

Charbonel tins are more like flakes and very nice

Jamie Oliver does a recipe for a hot chocolate mix

If you get some cacao powder and cocoa butter drops, melt those in with milk or cream (we use coconut cream) and a sweetener (we use honey) it makes a very rich hot chocolate. If you do use cream, you can also refrigerate into a mousse 😋

Or you could go the whole hog and buy a velvetiser:
