Ideas for gaming loving DS (17)

He is hoping for a PS5 and has been saving hard for last few months. I will give him money towards this, but realistically I don't think we will be able to get one for Christmas as there is no stock available, so I'm looking for small gift ideas so he has something to open on Xmas day.

He is an avid gamer on Xbox, PS4 and PC. He has all the games he wants and online subscriptions. He built a gaming pc during lockdown and is studying Computing and Media at college.

Any suggestions on any small gifts, perhaps gaming related I can get him ?

Watching with interest, my DS is 16 and built himself a gaming PC over lockdown as well.

How about LED light strips to go around his monitor? New gaming mouse mat (my son likes the large ones for Razer). We bought him a gaming chair for his birthday which he really likes.

A book.

A fridge filled with goodies and drinks so that he doesn't have to move!

There’s a lot of PlayStation merchandise at Next at the moment. Most of it is clothing which only goes up to age 16, but there are several accessories and bits and pieces for the bedroom too.

A new game? Cyberpunk comes out December 10th and if he’s into video games he will likely want that.

A good wireless headset? He might already have one but there’s lots of new ones out with the new console release- the PS5 pulse headset is meant to be good.
A t-shirt with a funny slogan from his favourite game? There’s a kaer morhan training school one on Amazon which is good if he likes the Witcher.

Any parts he wants to upgrade on his PC? Second LED lights or if not how about light up keyboard, mouse or speakers? Gaming chair or desk if he doesn’t already have one? Custom controller for Xbox/PS? If all else fails there’s always vouchers for Game or similar....I’ve wrapped those with chocolate bars in the past so they still have something to open.

Gaming chair? Gaming desk? Other accessories? Skins for his controllers etc?

Howmanysleepsnow · 04/11/2020 22:16

I’m printing off gaming vouchers and putting them in party poppers.

DS16 is a gamer too, he’s asked for cyberpunk, watchdogs legion and call of duty Cold War. He’s hoping for the Xbox series X.

I’m also getting a new gaming headset, skins for his controller, one of those personalised snack bowls, charger booster pack thing for his phone, xbox vouchers.

Last year he got a PlayStation light from Next that he really likes.

Other than that it will be things like clothes, loungewear, wallet, aftershave.
