6 Year Old Toys - HELP!

I am completely stuck for gift ideas for my 6 year old son and was hoping someone can offer some good suggestions. He is not a wee boy that actively plays on his own, with his own toys. When you ask him what he would like, its usually something his 9 year old brother has asked for (or a tv in his room, or his own shower, which is not going to happen ) He likes things that light up, and has an array of torches and colourful lights. He also loves rainbows. Apart from playing with his brother and sister (who is 3), he enjoys playing on his iPad and also wiggling things. Can anyone think of any suggestions?

If he likes torches how about something like this? I got one for my nephew last year and it was his favourite toy, he still carries it around with him now

The super mario lego has also been a big hit here too, there's an electronic element & its good to play with others

Light sabre that lights up? Star Wars is probably making its way on his age group.

What about a projector? I've got my 6 year old a space one. The brand is Brainstorm toys. He's also getting Hot Wires, Mario Lego and a magic set.

Electronics set? I'm sure there are ones that make light circuits.
