Any ideas for thoughtful/unique presents for Grandparents from my 4 month old daughter? Thanks so much!

These are not unique but my Dad really loved the Emma Bridgewater mug I had personalised to say "Grandpa" . He has also liked personalised keyring from Not on The High Street .

A lovely photo of your daughter in a plain pewter/silver frame.

My Dad cherishes footprint canvas we did of DS - did ourselves onto a simple canvas & dated at bottom - is still on display.

Grandparents often have a soft spot for art. How about making a rainbow with foot and handprints and framing it for them

Vistaprint do personalised calendars and the quality is excellent, I do one every year for the grandparents and include special dates, they look forward to it every Christmas. Also do a copy for us.
Makes a lovely gift. Only word to warming is to sort early as they sting you for postage if you leave it late.

Last year I bought some clay and did her foot and handprints and made them into Christmas tree decorations for grandparents with her birth date in the back.

Photobook or calendar or both! You could stage some cute seasonal photos for the calendar it would be a fun project if you're that way inclined!

I had some metal photo book marks made up from here that went down well. One of the recipients went on to use them too. Don't take up much space and useful.
