Advent idea for pre-teen

I found some advent crackers I got in a sale (DD LOVES crackers) and it’s a crap year and I need the room in the cupboard. I don’t want to just fill with chocolate (I may on weekends). I can put some stationary in some (they are fairly small).
I quite like the idea of something I can put in pieces, like Lego, but not Lego, to stretch it out.
She’s 12. Not ‘girlie’ so no makeup.
24 to fill... gulp

You could get a Christmas jigsaw and divide the number of pieces into roughly 24. You’d need to do it yourself first, however, to make sure you put adjoining pieces in the same cracker/consecutive crackers so that she could build it up.
You could get a painting by numbers and give her a different colour of paint each day.

Nice ideas but I think they are a bit young (she’s 12).

Messages with things to do- like making cookies or going for a hot chocolate. Stationery- pens, pencils, rubbers.
Key ring
Bobbles
Bath bomb or squidgy soap
Post it notes
Blu tack
A Christmas decoration or two for her room
Gloves (rolled up?)
Smellies like travel size shower gel etc
A little cuddly
A fidget cube
A cloth face mask
Hand sanitiser
Book mark
Has she any hobbies that she needs wee bits for?
