My DS when 4 loved Playmobil farm and police station ( still does at 6). Marble run and Usborne lift the flaps books.

My 4 year old loves lego.
Hes getting a few sets from the 4+ range- namely the avengers one and petrol station. They are really easy to build for 4 year olds

Hes also getting a few hot wheels, some
Blo pens, and a board game called My First Carcasonne (played it at a friends house and its a great game).

He loves books. He loves the Supertato series and the Oi frog series so i’ll add a few more books to his collection

Dinosaur jigsaws for 4 yo Gds who loves both dinosaurs and jigsaws. Found 2 online in the Natural History Museum shop - one of them shows glow in the dark skeletons when you turn the lights off.

Also from the NHM shop, a torch with lots of little slides, that projects big dinosaur images on to wall or ceiling.

I've got my 4 yo boy a berg go kart as he loves his big brothers one.
He's also wanting a Soggy doggie game and drone home that he's seen on adverts.
