I ordered one of each. One for a gift but I am keeping the clementine one for myself. I have no idea how to drink it though. What do you mix it with?

Going on my trifle one you drink it neat, but I suppose that you could add bitter lemon to get a St Clements feel

I cracked open mine as we did a Christmas in October. Had the rhubarb one with tonic and it was delicious. You can also do it with prosecco.
