11yo boy and 10yo girl

Every year I take part in a charity gift giving where we fill up a shoebox. This year my giftees are:

11 year old boy
Loves drawing and art activities. Likes reading chapter books about action. Singing and dancing.

10 year old girl
Likes playing outside, animals, colouring in.

Any suggestions greatly received! My DC are much younger than this so would love to know what kids are into at these ages.

DS2 is 11, he'd like things like

I got some lovely push case pencil cases and coloured pens and pencils etc from Amazon and made up cases for my great nieces but would also be good for a boy that likes drawing etc.

There's also an eraser and pencil sharpener in there and came to just about £10. There's a pack of nice felt tips and coloured pencils and a pack of coloured ballpoint pens too.

I'm not sure I'd get Smiggle. I think it's more for younger children. I have a ds 10 and a niece who is 11. They both say Smiggle is for little kids and wouldn't be seen dead with it.

My 10 year old son cannot get enough of Percy Jackson books.
