I have two girls, one in school year 6 and one in year 7 I usually look to their cousins to get ideas of things my girls would like but we haven't see them at all recently (thanks covid!), leaving me fresh out of ideas.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thanks.

Such a difficult age, outgrown some things, not old enough for others. We don't have a big present, going for smaller stuff this year including:

Hoody from minecraft you tuber she follows
Wreck this journal
Illuminated apparel
Gravitrax as the next thing on from marble run which she has outgrown
Kapla
Popcorn machine

Fluffy blankets
Twinkly fairy lights for their rooms or LED strip lights
An oodie
Starbucks voucher
Wax melt plug in thing
Clothes
Bath Bombs
Books
Stationary
Sweets
Hot chocolate sachets

For DD11
New chair for her desk
Multi coloured fairy lights
Clay keyring making set
A light up mirror
That thing with nails that you press on your hand or face!
Grown up mug
Teddy bear fleecy quilt cover
Power bank
Wireless headphones

An oodie is a great idea, they'd both love them. A Friends hoody would go down well, definitely clothes for my older one.

I think Gravitrax would go down well with my youngest xx

Mine wants decent supplies for making slime - I've got an Elmers kit
Robux
A flipping James Charles Morphe palette

So far I've also got her a Superdry hoodie
I'll also get some Friends stuff
Possibly Pusheen/Totoro stuff

Thanks all, I've bought all their main presents now. I've had a fear that we'd go into a full lockdown near christmas and we'd struggle to get the things we wanted for them.

I've gone for an oodie or similar fake brand each from father christmas (we're keeping up the pretence for the youngest for one more year), then a instax mini photo printer and ear piercing for the oldest and a nintendo switch lite for the youngest. Decided to spend a little more than I usually do because both had birthdays in the lockdown so saved money on no parties or sleepover activities etc.

I'll pad out the stocking with some books, facemasks etc but I can just pick those up when I see them. Thanks so much for the help.

My 12yroldDD (yr8) is having Beats headphones to use with her phone, possibly a fake oodie and a sound booth thing so she can sing in her roo. without us hearing her.

Probably some cash and an IOU for theatre tix when they open up again.

Oh and a Glossier eye pencil in a colour I know she wears.
