dh day after boxing day
me, I'm never off

I am a legal cashier and I will be back on the 2nd.
Dh who is a support consultant will be going back on the 2nd too I think

dh - full time 2nd January
me - parttime - 3rd January (only work Thursdays and fridays)

(dh had to take holiday to be off in between Christmas and new year though and last year he had to work boxing day)

27th for me, i work for m&s so busiest time for us. dh works for police, off til 13th jan, but he's booked annual leave, that's not standard leave iyswim. he's off to cover nursery being closed over christmas.

Normally work a day in between Christmas and New Year. Tend to avoid using too much leave in at that time of year as there are plenty of bank holidays: Need the rest of annual leave for the rest of the year.
