Older brother, Sci-Fi, Thailand, any gift ideas?

Hi, I'm looking for some gift ideas for my brother. Budget around £20, max £25.00.
He is massively into Sci-Fi, Star Trek, Blakes 7, Dr Who, etc. Lives alone, is 48, has lots of friends. He really likes Thailand, has lots of friends there and can speak the language. I don't know if you can get any Thai food (Bar curry) in the UK or online?
Has a degree in History, but I don't know if he's into any particular era.
Has a very dry sense of hummor. Likes anime.

Geek store have lots of unusual t shirts/gifts for sci fi fans.
Or how about an unusual lego set for grown ups on the sci fi theme or the lego arcitecrure ones?
Or make him up a hamper, if he likes thai food Blue dragon do a few different thai kits, which are a doodle to make (under £3 from most supermarkets)I can vouch for the pad thai noodle kit and the thai red curry kit, they come with spices etc and simple to follow instructions. I love thai food and find them a good dupe.
Or a good book to read on the plane when he travels there as its quite a journey.

I did think Lego but haven't found a decent one for the budget I have. Open to suggestion though.
