Not tried them but I saw an article.

Buttery pastry and rich mincemeat filling , you can have the Christmassey smell of mince pies baking in your own kitchen.

I can make pastry (very well as it happens ) I use the food processor to rub in then I add the ice cold water in a bowl with a knife so it isn't over handled . Chill once mixed .

Bit I cannot manage to make mince pies at Christmas -

Following with interest. I quite like cooking but don't really bake so this is right up my street!
