I’m looking for a murder mystery game which my whole family can play. Age range from 11 to 76! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not really murder mystery as such but along similar lines is ‘One night ultimate werewolf’
It works using an app on your phone. You all take on a role depending on the card you choose at random.
Depending on number playing you could be one of two werewolves. A round takes place over one night, where you all ‘go to sleep’ and the app tells each character to wake up in turn and do their action, such as swap two peoples cards etc.
You are then all told to ‘wake up’ and you have to work out who the werewolf is. The werewolf will always deny to the last and point the finger at someone else.
Played in big and small groups and it was great fun. Loads of clips on YouTube of groups playing.

Another great one is Spyfall, again not strictly murder mystery. You are all given a location card, one player is given a spy card. You take turns asking each other questions trying to work out who the spy is by the strange answers they may give. The spy will be trying to guess the secret location.
Again watch on YouTube to see played.

Secret Hitler looks good but not got that one.

Murder at the Disco - I think we've done that one, but I thought the version we used had some audio with it. It was scripted, and we used it for a wide age range (DD must have been around 11 and then a range of ages up to 80!).

Clue is kid friendly.

If you don't mind paying, Red Herring games are good. We have used several with our Rangers and Guides.

Murder mystery pizza party.
Says age 13+ though.
It’s the same make as the disco one mentioned by a pp up thread.

Trying to get my head round doing this online! We've bought one from the same brand as the pizza and disco ones mentioned above. We'll be 14, across the generations, on zoom. Every character has a couple of questions to ask every other character (each person has the same questions) and normally you'd mingle round the room, having lots of separate conversations. But on zoom? Do you just take it in turns to be questioned and just answer your questions once per round in front of everyone? Thank you for sharing your experience...
