Christmassy vibes with shit neighbours

A weird question but has anyone got any tips for having a nice Christmas with shit neighbours in a house you absolutely hate?

We are selling but won’t be completing before Christmas unfortunately (unless a Christmas miracle happens!)

Any tips would be fab! Otherwise I’m just wishing time away until Christmas 2021.

You absolutely have to have the blackpool illuminations in your garden. Especially if this is the last year you have to deal with them.

Maybe some Slade on a loop.

Go out for christmas dinner?
