Small business christmas shopping recommendations

I am making an effort to buy more from small UK businesses this year and have been trawling etsy but would love some recommendations. Most of my present budget is for children, nephews and nieces aged between 6 and 16 so anything suitable there would be excellent but I do buy for a few adults too (ages 28-78!)

Max budget for kids would be around £20 if that matters as I have 11 nephews and nieces!

I use Etsy (PayPal with new sellers). Hive is a great website for books. Everytime you buy you can choose an independent book shop and they will give them an amount of your purchase. No extra money from you. Great if you don't have an independent book shop. I bought an orniment for my teenage daughter from a market stall.
Do you have a zero waste shop near you? They sometimes sell gifts or have good information about other small businesses who do.

It's hard to make specific recommendations because what we choose to buy might be very different. Just do lots of research locally and online.

I'm doing a lot on etsy at the moment. also if you want really local there are sometimes fb pages for your area where sellers advertise

This lady sells really good calendars and Christmas cards which I bought for the family last year. She sells good quality stuff.
