Sainsbury’s/Argos maybe a stupid question but please hell

Hi,
Sainsbury’s toy sale started today and unfortunately I was unable to go, I got my oh to go after work but they didn’t have what we wanted left. Absolutely gutted because it was a £60 saving. There’s a Argos in our Sainsbury’s, so my question is...can Argos honour the toy sale price? I know this is extremely unlikely and a stupid question .

I don't think they'll honour it unfortunately - the Sainsbury toy sale is specifically in store only and often the toys they put in the sale appear to be released specifically for toy sales like this as they can be slightly different specifications to what you find full price in other shops

What were you looking for? Might be worth trying a few Sainsbury's stores - I went at 730 and had to pop in because I forgot something at lunch and they still had plenty left but my Sainsbury is a really big one - I think the only things that really sold out was some of the Harry Potter Lego

Yes my local Sainsbury’s is also a pretty big one. I was after the barbie limo set. I live in Sheffield so unfortunately not so many bigger Sainsbury’s I think there’s around 3 big ones but they are kind of spread out. I think my oh is going to go to another tomorrow if he gets the chance. It’s not the end of the world, tbh she’s not actually asked for it she’s only 4 but absolutely obsessed with barbie she’s already got the dream house, etc so not much else we can think to get her for Christmas and also a pretty good saving. Wishful thinking on my part there haha. Thank you xx
