Ideas for Hampers for team members at work - varying ages

I need to find a Hamper (or postable christmas gift) for my boss to send out to the team in lieu of a Christmas Party this year.

He has normally taken everyone out for a meal plus drinks - so looking at a budget of £30-50. He would like to send something to everyone, but we have a team who vary from 23 to 63 so what will suit one, won't suit all. I don't think vouchers will cut it, will need to be a physical "thing"

Any suggestions (or watch outs?)

Bottle of champagne each?

We send hotel chocolat gift sets

Some non drinkers in the group (health and religion) or champagne would have been my choice
