Quick question.... are the prime day deals released slowly over the 2 days or all at once come midnight? There are some toys I want to buy and not sure if I should buy straight away with the £10 credit or wait and see if it drops over the next few days.

JaneyJimplin · 12/10/2020 20:51

Thanks for all the stationery tips! Hadn't heard of many of these brands and am now spoilt for choice.

Re Doc Martens. I'm a size six shoe in every shoe ever, but I bought my docs in a 5.5 for a couple of reasons - they're child size so waaay cheaper, they have the zip up side which is great if you're lazy like me, and they fit perfectly. I don't know if it's the specific ones I got (black patent) but they fit perfectly and are so comfy. Best purchase ever.
Might be worth getting your DD to try some on to see if a 5.5 will do her. I think I got mine for around £50 in the la redoute black Friday shebang.

Sausagis · 12/10/2020 20:52

Allatonce99 I believe released over the days - some will be released at midnight and valid the 2 days but there will be lightning deals (limited time) released regularly

CoffeeAndEnnui · 12/10/2020 20:53

@JaneyJimplin, Flying Tiger is great for nice quality quirky stationery; sequin swipe notebooks, chocolate bar pads, funky pens and novelty erasers etc. plus lovely art supplies. Their stuff is a gift drawer staple in my household! Most items are priced around £1 but at the moment there's a lot of stock being cleared for 50p in the two branches I visit.

@Betsy86

extra £3 off your order when you spend over £15 online with Boots on the xmas 3 for 2 range. Code is XMASQMS3 I bought 3 gift sets i needed, so with the 3 for 2 and the extra £3 off i paid £37 instead of £60 plus had free delivery for spending enough to qualify so not bad Smile
Thank you! I just bought 3 gift sets at £10 each for £17- plus got about £6 of bonus points on my card too as had a voucher! Yay!!!

The woolover jumpers were 2 for £10 and they are still going strong here.

The kids reading kindle is reduced to £54.99 on Amazon.

dementedma · 12/10/2020 21:02

fluffy she wants the light brown ones

purplepandas · 12/10/2020 21:02

I have Hotel Chocolat codes if anyone wants one. £5 off £15 OR £10 off £50 OR £20 off £80. I won't use them.

woodwaj · 12/10/2020 21:07

Ive just bought these bedroom athletics slippers for myself they were £25 but dropped to £15 when I clicked on the size and they are on the small business offer and I immediately got a £10 credit for prime day

Thank you, just bought a kids kindle for DS who loves reading Smile

ELC have quite a few discounts on. Interactive Buzz Lightyear at £34 down from £79 and a few Paw Patrol items with 50% off amongst other things

Mipe · 12/10/2020 21:14

This is for Halloween rather than Christmas (although they do other boxes as well) but Bubble Panda have 15% off their Halloween bubble tea boxes with code FRIGHTNIGHT which makes them £14 with free delivery Smile

DelurkingAJ · 12/10/2020 21:15

@KavvLar Bodum have a sale on including filter coffee makers (or it did yesterday).

nightcap · 12/10/2020 21:16

Thanks @Notlongnow1 I do like the look of that - stupidly I hadn't even thought of Etsy! Might be just the thing...

Bearbehind · 12/10/2020 21:16

Thank you to whoever recommend the Paddy & Scott Coffee Gift set

Mine arrived today and, even at £18.99, it’s very good value

It comes in a fabulous cardboard gift box which closes magnetically and looks expensive itself

vanessalightfoot · 12/10/2020 21:26

@purplepandas I would be very grateful for the hotel chocolat code if still available. In need of a velvetiser!

KavvLar · 12/10/2020 21:26

@DelurkingAJ thank you I'll take a look

Rosie2000 · 12/10/2020 21:33

@woodwaj thank you! Needed new slippers and these look great

woodwaj · 12/10/2020 21:40

@Rosie2000 happy to help! Ive had their slippers before and they've been nice!

oatmilkisntsobad · 12/10/2020 21:49

Thanks for the swan steamer recommendation. Sorry I can't find your name now!

purplepandas · 12/10/2020 21:49

Sent to you @vanessalightfoot. Sorry to others, looks like a one use code so all gone I think.

Cherry321 · 12/10/2020 21:56

If anyone uses Boots No7 protect and perfect etc. It’s currently 3 for 2 and an additional 20% off online. So just got 3 of the night cream pots for £40. They are usually £25 or so each! Finishes this evening.

TheGriffle · 12/10/2020 21:58

Did anyone’s small business credit take a while to show up when you click through the email? Ordered something yesterday on dh’s account that had the banner, got the email to claim the credit but it still isn’t showing. It does say it can take up to 48hours and I’m being impatient but mine showed up straight away!

mrsdavegrohl · 12/10/2020 22:04

I've just bought the Kukubird leggins on Amazon for £11.99 2 pairs and it came up as buy one get one free rather than half price. So £11.99 for 2 pairs plus my £10 amazon credit. So thanks for posting that 😊

Shitfuckoh · 12/10/2020 22:06

I've got a Hotel Chocolat code if anyone can make use of it. It's 1 code but £5 off a £30, £10 off a £50 or £20 off a £80 spend.
