Yes, hampers! I am very excited about this idea and now DP is too. This is good. He usually complains about Christmas and he hates spending money, but he does love an excuse to boil something in vinegar, so this is a winner all round.
What do you put in yours? I have thought: chutney; biscuits; brownies; cake; parmesan biscuits; maybe some fancy bread rolls; home-made crackers; DP thinks wine, if we buy in bulk (hic).
What do you do about the actual hampers? And jars and things? I should have been saving my jam jars all year shouldn't I?
