Did anyone have one last year? Where did you get it from?

Ikea did something like that
They stock their Christmas decs quite early and clear them out by December ...

serenity · 11/10/2007 14:40

Not this year, the only wreaths IKEA has are straw (nicer than they sound!) Christmas decorations have been in a couple of weeks and look very pretty

swedishmum · 11/10/2007 17:23

I'm sure I saw them in Ikea last week. I got a heart one there last week.

swedishmum · 11/10/2007 17:23

Sorry got mine last year

serenity · 11/10/2007 17:32

Don't remember seeing them, but I'm not in that department, so I'll double check tonight (good excuse to go for a wander )

jalopy · 11/10/2007 17:37

I saw one as I passed someone's house. It looked absolutely lovely on their mantlepiece. I suppose they just left it up there permanently. Quite caught my eye, it did. I want, I want, I want!

Jalopy, look on ebay under IKEA fairy lights - think they were called GLANSA wreaths.

bluefox · 11/10/2007 17:43

I think the thing in Ikea was called Glansa. We have two which we got in the sale after Christmas.

ADragonIs4LifeNotJustHalloween · 11/10/2007 17:48

I've seen large quantities of these in the Sale for the past 2 years. It may be that they took the hint and decided they weren't popular!

LOOBYLOU2 · 11/10/2007 17:54

Could always get creative with a wire frame from a florist and a string of lights ....

serenity · 11/10/2007 18:14

All the christmas lights are called Glansa (is it just me or does that sound rude?) just like all the decorations etc are called Isig. There are some really nice lights this year, I just haven't seen the circular wreath one this time.

Thanks everyone. Panna, I'll try e-baby.

Had a look last night, and there definitely aren't any in IKEA this year, sorry Some interesting chandelers made of glowing snowball things though Where do they get these things from?

jalopy · 12/10/2007 10:39
