Heads up - QVC Christmas in July

Hi everyone.

I emailed QVC and asked when their yearly Christmas in July day is this month (I’ve been looking everyday but so far nothing)

I got a reply back - it’s Saturday the 25th. I’ll have it on ALL day in the background! I love seeing the Xmas tat! Especially the posh food!

On the QVC TV Guide the Christmas shows are Fri 24th ..... the Saturday is Sealy Beds

Back in the Good Old Days , CiJ was fab .
They expanded it to the latter part of the 24th too (then the 25th)

Don't know why they changed the date though .

Haven't seen any adverts for it yet though.

Thanks for the heads up - I’ll keep checking the listings on my sky box guide to make sure I don’t miss it. If the QVC customer service have sent me the wrong date (and I had missed it because of their potential incorrect info) I shall be sending them a rather curt email!

Never seen it before but I will checking it out this year!

I will lool online and search up anything "Christmas" on the day before to see what they have planned .
They usually preview the TSV at 9pm the night before .

One of the downsides with QVC is the P&P which is quite hefty when you consider loads of companies offer Free P&P and returns .

I personally don't buy with the intention of seding back , I've returned maybe 6 items over more than 20 years .

They used to do a fabulous range of gift boxes and bags by Lindy Bowman but haven't had them for a few years now .
They sell gift bags with pull tibbons which I have bouyght before but the boxes are nicer .

Artscape and Quacker Factory have some really pretty festive tops ,(much nicer than your average Christmas Jumper)

Last year they sold a Ceramic Christmas tree with LED lights. It was fabulous but I think it was about £40/£50 so I decided to think about it before ordering.

It sold out within hours and they didn't have it on their show again OR the website.

Anyway - I just love having it on all day in the background and I especially like to see all the led light-filled stuff or the festive food etc

I’ve just checked this weeks tv listings on my sky planner - it’s this definitely on this Friday (the 24th) NOT the 25th

Oooh the Hotel Chocolate Velvetiser is on- price is the same but here's two tins of chocolate (and 3 Easy Pay)

I bought a tub of the chocolate powder and a rechargeable mini whisk . I don't think I'd drink enought to justify £100 on the Velvetiser

I don't have normal tv (just Netflix) so I've clicked the Christmas in July 'shop the edit' and I am very disappointed.
It used to be so good as well.

Didn't see anything myself. I remember they had a air fryer, some rubbish wooden game thing (For £15.00! ) a few lights, flashing torches...I didn't see anything I would have bought. Very dissapointing.

I wasn't inspired .
It used to be brilliant , they should really just pull the plug on it now

I’m really annoyed I missed it. I love having it on in the background. I’ve only bought one or two things before but it’s fun to have on. Hopefully they’ll another one later in the year? Maybe it’s because they couldn’t get stock?

I wish American qvc delivered to the uk. 😔
