Hi. Me again. Panic starting to set in now about doing Christmas dinner for 11.

We are having rib of beef
Roast potatoes
Carrot
Peas
Red cabbage
Cauliflower cheese
Yorkshire puddings
Gravy
Parsnips.

What bits could I do on Christmas Eve to take the pressure off a bit? X

Mary Berry’s roast potatoes have preparing instructions www.maryberry.co.uk/recipes/christmas/roast-potatoes
Make-ahead red cabbage recipe www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/make-ahead_red_cabbage_13106
We have turkey so I use this make-ahead gravy recipe realfood.tesco.com/recipes/make-ahead-turkey-gravy.html but I don’t know how you’d adapt it for beef.
Parsnips can be boiled or half-roasted the day before and kept in the fridge. Or prepared further in advance and frozen. If you don't have space in the fridge, Rick Stein's parsnips recipe suggests simply preparing the night before and leaving in cold water.
Cauliflower cheese www.waitrose.com/home/recipes/recipe_directory/c/cauliflower-cheese.html Follow the instructions to step 3 the night before.
