delivered yesterday.
DH thought it was ok that the bacon was open the bagels were delved into and the orange juice started
Should I send him back to the shops with his tail between his legs? or live and let live?
when its gone its gone?

I've resorted to masking tape labels with XMAS on. Angry

That and stashing stuff behind the veg as no-one looks there.

We've started - I know from previous years that we can often end up with a cheese and ham mountain after The Day, so we opened the cheeses last night, and had some with grapes, paté, freshly cooked baguettes, pickles and apples. We've also opened the Christmas chocolates (not great chocolate eaters, so one or two a day will last well over a week), and the nibbles (mostly mini-cheddars!). I don't think anything's going to run out, but if it does, the shops are only closed for one day :)

The pringle monsters have started on those but nothing else has been touched yet!

I must say, please thank your DH for me. If you hadn't posted this thread I would never have realised Orange juice hadn't made it's way on to my list of (last minute) things left to buy (as the one we have in now will never survive til Christmas!)

My DD asked me this morning if she could have the bagels and smoked salmon I bought for Christmas Day breakfast. I said no so she had a bacon roll instead. I don't want the Christmas food started on just yet.

Ate the Christmas cheese twice, just stocked up for a third time! Shops are open everyday but Wednesday so nothing is precious

We started on 1 Dec! Christmas is a marathon, not a sprint! 🐷🎅🏻🎄
