Just did a trip to tesco for a few bits for breakfast. And they'd just re stocked veg for tomorrow. ( which is when I was going to get that anyway), so did the lot. All seemed nice and fresh. Fridge is now packed top to bottom. But it's done..

No need to go in a supermarket till at least Friday!
Even thought ahead and got bread for freezer and extra milk plus a uht as I don't want to be one of them who end up in a supermarket on boxing day.

Yep, all done. Went to Tesco tonight at half 7 with the intention of getting just a couple of bits and it wasn’t too bad so I stayed and got everything to take us past Christmas.

Dates on the cocktail sausages, sausagemeat and potatoes in Morissons were dreadful yesterday - all had 22nd as use by / best before. They would've all gone over by the time I'd got out of the car park. We're away until Monday night, so thanks to Morissons I've got to go did shopping on Christmas Eve Crown Angry Won't be going back there

Ive ordered mine to be collected tomorrow. Our fridge is small so I am trying to buy as little as possible in the run up.

I’m going today. I’m all prepared to wrestle for the last pack of spuds - I think I might wear a gum shield, knee and elbow pads (I did incur some bruising last year!).

Tesco had veg stacked in crates 4ft High but bet its manic. Turns out need to pop to the pharmacy there later but hopefully that will be quiet.

We only needed frsh for the starter and dinner. As buffet food I've frozen if we decide to want any.. But inlaws doing boxing evening buffet

We were in and out of Sainsburys by 11:35 this morning, we're feeling very triumphant as we didn't have to double back for anything and didn't forget anything! Might be the most efficient big Christmas food shop we've ever done Grin

I did mine yesterday in Aldi and Sainsbury's and the dates are just ok. 🤞 they all last

Most of mine is being delivered first thing tomorrow morning, then I’ll have to go out for the last few bits that they’ve inevitably not sent. Then I’m picking up the turkey on Christmas Eve.
