What dessert after salmon main?

Doing a side of salmon for a festive family meal. What dessert?

I think citrus goes down well after salmon and it's a fairly classic dish so how about:

• some sort of lemon ice cream or sorbet served in an ice bowl with home made tuile or pistachio biscuit?
• a classic lemon tart?
• Mary Berry's lemon meringue roulade with lemon curd and pistachios here

I was also going to suggest citrus, either lemon tart or perhaps a passionfruit roulade?

I am making a lime cheesecake
