What’s on the top of your tree?

Our lovely old metal angel has sadly been decapitated and disarmed in storage.

I’ve been looking for a new angel but they just look like fairies - or rather tacky plastic dolls.

Has anyone found a nice ‘angelic’ one?

And why not? She's a pre Raphelite angel.

Like me.

We always say that at home. DS has a drawing used in a book when he was little (kids images of angels) and his had red hair (he said that all angels have red hair!)

Angel, I think bought at John Lewis. She definitely is an angel not a fairy - looks like she came off of some Renaissance painting.

The ceiling. The tree was a perfectly reasonable height when we bought it but grew three feet in the car on the way home.

We have this Gisela Graham angel. My friends were not impressed with her lack of bling but I think she's just perfect

Thanks @Layoverlife ! My DD was upset when I told her about my friends not liking our angel! It was a good life lesson, that it's ok to have your own tastes & opinions

Each of our trees has a paper angel with paper lace doily wings made by DDs about 8 years ago, one is pink, other is yellow.

I've got an angel fox terrier from Amica.

An angel DS made in nursery when he was 2, with the wings made out of his teeny tiny handprints.
