Help me decide on one more gift for three year old!

Need to get 3yo one more thing. I'm stuck between:

Baby Born surprise house
A baby doll (she has a small newborn baby born one but I mean a bigger one)
My Dream Mansion Doll House
Peppa Pig boat (loves Peppa but has got two Peppa presents for Xmas)
Elsa toddler doll (has seen both Frozen films and likes them)
Poppy troll doll (she's got the dvd for Xmas but not seen the film yet)

Which one would you pick (don't say none )?

Out of those I'd say the Doll (baby) is probably going to have the longest play value so I'd go for that as I know how quickly my 6 year old loses interest in characters!

She still plays with her doll regularly though.

Another vote for baby doll. My daughter is 9 and still plays with hers sometimes.

Either baby doll (my 3.5 year old is getting a Baby Annabell for Christmas at her very insistent request) or a Disney toddler doll, the Rapunzel doll is a bigger hit here than Elsa even though she is a huge frozen fan. My little girl absolutely loves both of these types of dolls but the Disney toddler dolls have huge play value, she has collected loads of them (thanks to charity shops!), can sit and have tea parties with them, pretend school etc

I would probably say the Elsa doll as my 3 year old loves to press her when we go to Asda.
