I’ve just had mine (and many other reviewers) negative reviews been reported by this company in Trustpilot. They’re also very quick to delete negative comments on their Facebook but you know what they’re not quick at? Dealing with any issues with your order.
They are not contactable via their customer services. I received an item that wasn’t fit for purpose but cannot get hold of anyone to organise an exchange/refund and having now read up on them I see I’m not the only one!
I’m only posting this because I see a lot of Mumsnet users have/work with children and adults with additional sensory needs and I would hate for anyone to lose their money. I guess with anything, a big order or anything electrical, to do your research!!
